General Strategy
I'm looking forward to each player having a hand of cards that let them use different powers - I think that's going to be a really useful addition to the battles gameplay and add a lot of strategy, given that currently it's essentially multiple players building their own world at the same time.
Question - will the migrate/cross powers stay with the artifacts or be tied to cards (like needing a card to be able to play the artifact)? Tieing them to cards seems like a useful limitation to me, otherwise your best move is to use up those artifacts as quickly as you can (especially migrate - from a strategic point of view, if you don't play first, why wouldn't you use your first turn to steal the beast the first player played?).
