There are problems with the sound / music in the app

If you're device is fully-supported and meets the minimum requirements (details here) then it should be OK to play music and sound in Beasts of Balance.

If you think your device is fully-supported and you're experiencing sound-related problems then please try the following possible solutions before submitting a help request:

• If you're unable to hear the sound at all then double-check your device is not in silent mode or connected to external speakers/headphones and that the master volume is turned-up. (We know this sounds obvious but we've made these mistakes many times ourselves).
• If you think the sound is jittery or keeps stalling/freezing then double-check this is not due to having an endangered Beast in the game! (If a Beast falls to 1 remaining life then it becomes endangered and it's accompanying sounds become a bit disturbed).
