My Plinth won't turn on

Once you've inserted some fresh batteries into the Plinth (more details here) and pressed the power button on the underside (more details here) the red LED inside the plinth should start blinking like this:

If your Plinth doesn't do this there may be a problem. Please try the following possible solutions before submitting a help request:

• Replace the batteries inside the plinth with a fresh set (don't mix old and new batteries)
• Make sure to press and release the power button whilst powering-on (don't hold-down the power button or else it'll power-off again after a few seconds)
