The game won’t load or keeps crashing

Ensure your device meets requirements, update to the latest app version, and confirm you have a stable internet connection. Restart your device if needed.

• iOS: iPhone 8 or newer, iOS 14+
• Android: Devices running Android 10+ with at least 3GB RAM
• Tablets: Gameplay is supported on most tablets but in order to scan ÆRTHLINGS FIGS you will need to use a mobile phone with NFC scanning capabilities.
• PC and Console: The game is not currently available on PC or console. 

Do I play in landscape or portrait mode?

ÆRTHLINGS is designed for both portrait and landscape play. Try them both to find the mode you like best.
